This paper introduces the framework of "Informal Physics," postulating that information is not an abstract concept but a fundamental physical quantity with measurable mass. Based on the mass-energy-information equivalence principle, the work explores the transition from high-energy physics (CERN data) to biological systems (DNA information density) and cosmological phenomena (Dark Matter as informational mass). It concludes with an interdisciplinary reflection on human consciousness and the potential for a human-AI symbiosis.
