This document presents a proxy-based observational test of the USP Field Age hypothesis using publicly available data from JWST and Gaia. USP Field Theory proposes that structural maturity scales inversely with resonance mismatch: TUSP ∝ 1 / Δf Rather than modifying General Relativity or ΛCDM cosmology, this work defines a measurable dynamical proxy (Δfdyn) constructed from observable kinematic and morphological parameters. The framework provides: • A reproducible aperture definition for structural sampling • Explicit normalization of the maturity index Tᵢdx • Uncertainty propagation methodology • Alignment comparison between JWST high-redshift morphology and Gaia disk/halo kinematics • A falsifiable statistical testing structure The analysis does not alter standard cosmological models but evaluates whether resonance-maturity scaling is consistent with existing observations. The work is structured as a test framework rather than a replacement cosmology and is designed to be independently verifiable.
