Traditional orbital mechanics frequently struggle with non-Newtonian trajectory residuals, often misclassifying them as stochastic thermal outgassing. This report establishes the Holmes Unified Scaling Law (HUSL) as the primary diagnostic for celestial structural integrity. By integrating Debye screening and manifold drag, we provide the first data-driven explanation for the 2020 ATLAS paradox and deliver terminal fragmentation predictions for ISO 3I/ATLAS in July 2027 and NEO 2024 YR4 in August 2031. By identifying trajectory deviations (delta) as passive sonar, this project enables the mapping of Dark Manifold Anomalies (DMAs) and invisible gravitational filaments currently undetected by standard deep-space networks.
