We present version 1.4 of Structural Differentiation Cosmology (SDC),an alternative cosmological framework in which the observed cosmicacceleration arises as an observational projection of irreversibleinternal relational reconfiguration in an externally closed universe. In this version, we focus on the growth rate observable fσ₈(z).We compare SDC predictions with DESI growth-rate measurements andthe standard ΛCDM model, and analyze residuals between observationsand theoretical expectations. We further highlight predictive divergences between SDC and ΛCDMat higher redshift, demonstrating that the framework is explicitlyfalsifiable with upcoming large-scale structure surveys. No dark energy component, modified gravity, or additional physicalentity is introduced.
