This paper presents a unified account of binding across physical scales within the MID/QC substrate framework. QCD filaments, electromagnetic curvature, muonic binding, nuclear coherence wells, and fission collapse are shown to arise from a single geometric mechanism: stable tension configurations in a continuous substrate. The work reframes confinement, nuclear structure, and electromagnetic attraction as depth‑dependent expressions of substrate tension geometry, replacing fragmented force models with a coherent physical foundation.
