The Metron Tree presents a conceptual, non-prescriptive framework for adaptive nutrition and lifestyle integration. It unifies rest and recovery, hydration, physical activity, and proportional food group intake, while incorporating behavioral mechanisms such as hedonic hunger and slow eating. Designed for education, critique, and future empirical research, the framework emphasizes moderation, contextual dietary tolerance, and systemic balance rather than rigid prescriptions.
