This working paper presents practice-based evaluation findings from real-time donor–implementer collaboration in development projects. It shares documented experiential knowledge to inform policy and practice, and to stimulate discussion among practitioners and stakeholders. The paper has not been peer-reviewed and may be further developed for future academic publication.
