Introduction: Siblings of children with childhood-onset disabilities experience participation challenges in everyday life. Their experiences are influenced by various factors such as their family, cultural environment, age, or gender. Information about others in similar situations may enhance siblings’ ability to express their thoughts, concerns or wishes. This project aims to transform the results of a scoping review into a family-friendly factsheet that enhances mutual understanding and support. Methods: A scoping review was conducted to investigate siblings' participation in daily life. Preliminary findings were discussed with family stakeholders, including parents of children with cerebral palsy (CP), and collaboratively transformed into a family-friendly summary. This summary was piloted, refined and translated for English, German, French and Italian speaking families. Results: Insights from the collaborative knowledge translation and product creation will be shared, including the family conversations factsheet presentation. This was designed to facilitate family discussions, helping them understand and address siblings' needs more effectively. Its use and distribution will be discussed. Conclusion: The final product, available in English, German, French, and Italian, illustrates the potential of collaborative efforts between family partners and researchers in creating useful knowledge translation tools. The developed factsheet aims to enhance family conversations and strengthen the support provided to siblings of children with disabilities.
