This document contains a draft of a redevelopment effort along the downtown riverfront. Proposed projects include a hotel and convention center, an office tower, a parking deck, a riverfront park, and restoration of the Capital Hotel. A draft environmental assessment is also included which addresses possible impacts on traffic and parking, historic and cultural resources, water and air quality, waste management, and aesthetics.
