Wepresentaunifiedinformationalframeworkinwhich(I)spacetimegeometryemergesas fossilized memory of irreversible information flow, and (II) the lightlike causal bound arises as the ordered limit of propagation minimizing leading-order encoding into the vacuum. The core variable is a pre-metric memory field χ(x) that accumulates under Landauer-type dissipation, aligning the arrow of time with monotonic growth of encoded information. Re- casting Einstein–Cartan torsion as the local trace of informational irreversibility yields an emergent geometric sector gµν χ and a dynamical cosmological term Λeff(χ), while the light- like regime represents the quasi-memoryless boundary δχ→0. The model sits naturally in the Noetherian lineage linking symmetries to conservation by treating irreversibility as a bro- ken/emergent informational symmetry. We outline testable consequences (multi-messenger differentials, polarization, Λeff(z)) and relate the approach to recent informational and geo- metric paradigms.
