We present a self–contained and explicit analysis of a semiclassical framework in whichgravity couples not to bare quantum expectation values, but to classicalized stress–energyrecords arising from continuous monitoring and decoherence. The resulting Einstein–Langevindynamics is covariant and conserved on average, and contains a well–defined stochastic noisekernel. For a free, minimally coupled scalar field in de Sitter spacetime, we compute explic-itly the homogeneous contribution of the noise sector under spatial smearing and temporalcoarse–graining, obtaining a positive and finite residual contribution to the background dy-namics scaling as H6.Building solely on quantities intrinsic to the framework, we introduce and execute a nu-merical naturalness analysis—the Golden Number test. We show that the same stochasticorigin admits two physically distinct cosmological regimes: a late–time dark–energy–like con-tribution when coarse–graining scales are fixed, and an inflationary regime with graceful exitwhen the monitoring rate grows with curvature. Analytic asymptotics, numerical solutions,and regime crossovers are presented explicitly.
