Nutritional security in rural African communities of Morocco is challenged by dietary deficiencies and limited food diversity. A comprehensive literature review and conceptual synthesis are employed to construct the theoretical framework. The theoretical framework provides a robust foundation for understanding and addressing nutritional challenges in rural African communities through agricultural diversification. Promoting agroforestry practices that support dietary diversity is recommended as a strategy to improve nutritional security in these regions. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
