This work introduces the minimal dynamical formulation of Structural Differentiation Cosmology (SDC). In this framework, the observed cosmic expansion is interpreted as a projection of irreversible internal structural differentiation within an externally closed universe. The model is constructed from a minimal dynamical core based on a bounded structural variable C(t) following logistic evolution. The observed expansion factor is defined as an exponential projection of structural differentiation. The framework predicts distinctive deviations from ΛCDM at higher redshift and provides a falsifiable observational criterion for distinguishing projection-based expansion from physical cosmic acceleration.
