The study unfolded the experiences of the school principals in achieving school improvements through shared leadership. This study employed a phenomenological research design which aims to determine the experiences and perceptions of the eight (8) participants. The emerging themes on the positive experiences of teachers were assisting teachers in achieving leadership and attaining innovations. Meanwhile, the negative experiences were lacking digital skills in leading in Digital Era and raising understanding of constructivism. Meanwhile, on the coping ways of the school principals, three themes emerged which were undertaking honest leadership assessment, adapting varied approaches for innovation, and partnering with ICT proficient colleague. Lastly, three themes emerged from the educational management insights drawn from the experiences of the school principal which were being realistic, maintaining positive culture, and providing effective educational resource management. The themes implied that school principal-teacher collaborative efforts and support should be geared towards new generation of shared leadership, which is innovative, digital, and constructive to achieve significant school improvements. The results generated provided comprehensive data in conducting future research with similar scope.
