With the continuous in-depth advancement of the new round of technological revolution, new-quality productive forces, driven by technological innovation, are reconstructing the operational logic of various fields in social production and life. As a key position for fostering morality and cultivating people, college online ideological and political education is currently facing multiple challenges. New-quality productive forces provide new ideas for breaking through the bottlenecks of college online ideological and political education through the internal mechanisms of technological drive, model reconstruction, and ecological integration. Based on the background of the development of new-quality productive forces, this paper analyzes their internal mechanism of empowering college online ideological and political education, points out the practical dilemmas in current educational practice, and constructs an innovative strategy system adapting to the requirements of the new era. It aims to promote the transformation of college online ideological and political education towards precision, intelligence, and ecology, and enhance the effectiveness of education and its adaptability to the times.
