It then details the new paradigm's multidimensional aspects, including preoperative planning, intraoperative function preservation, and tailored postoperative care. The discussion addresses key technologies and conceptual innovations enabling this shift, concluding with future directions. Redefining precision is critically important. It guides personalized therapy, optimizes resource allocation, and advances biliary surgery toward improving long-term quality of life.
