Time as a Manifestation of Coherence: The Tip Model and the Experiments of Kozyrev (Время Как Проявление Связности: Модель Тип И Эксперименты Козырева)

This paper is the fourth in a series developing the Torsion-Information Pattern (TIP) model. It proposes a new understanding of time, defined as a measure of the speed (tempo) at which the coherence of a TIP transitions into manifestation.
