This document reports on the development process, rationale, methods, pilots, initial findings, and next steps for the "Food Memories Manual." The full manual is available by request (please email the RELISH Project Lead, rosi.song@durham.ac.uk). The report is a deliverable (D3.1) for the European Union-funded RELISH (Reframing European gastronomy Legacy through Innovation, Sustainability and Heritage) project, which innovates culinary recipes as digital and cultural tools to promote cultural heritage and connect with emerging adults.
