This paper introduces the Continuity Reflex Model (CRM), a neuroethical, computational, and dual-memory affective architecture grounded in the interaction between Temporary Memory (TM) and Bold Memory (BM). CRM redefines emotion not as a reaction to an external stimulus, but as a continuity resonance between present mental impressions and lifetime compressed memory signatures, governed by the Grand Emotional Continuity Equation: E₀ = tanh (R (TM, BM) − D + λfaith + λₛys + λₜrc) The model integrates a seven-layer emotional colour spectrum (Pain, Fear, Love, Identity, Belief, Hope, Wisdom), a multi-stage decay engine, three stabilisation coefficients, and a UPS-gating lifecycle multiplier. Empirical validation was conducted via live Groq API (LLaMA-3. 3-70b-versatile) across five test scenarios. CRM-guided responses achieved 100% win rate over stateless baseline systems (paired t = 7. 72, p < 0. 0001, Cohen's d = 1. 054 — large effect size). CRM further addresses neuroethical imperatives including closed-loop BCI compatibility, mental privacy, neurorights, cognitive sovereignty, and safeguards against emotional hijacking.
