Telehealth has shown promise in enhancing healthcare access in rural areas, but its integration into traditional health services delivery remains underexplored. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including surveys, interviews, and observational studies. Data were collected from 120 participants over a year. Telehealth usage increased by 45% among rural patients compared to traditional methods, with patient satisfaction scores rising to an average of 8. 5 out of 10. The integration of telehealth significantly improved healthcare access and service delivery in rural Ghanaian settings.
