Rural clinics in Ethiopia face challenges related to service delivery quality and health outcomes. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including quantitative data from clinics' electronic records and qualitative interviews with stakeholders. Multilevel regression models will be used to analyse the impact of various factors on clinical outcomes at both the clinic-level (level-1) and district-level (level-2). Multilevel regression analysis revealed significant variations in patient recovery rates across different clinics, suggesting a need for targeted interventions. The study highlights the importance of multilevel approaches in understanding complex healthcare systems and improving clinical outcomes. Policy recommendations include prioritising clinic-level improvements based on identified needs and fostering collaboration between stakeholders to enhance system performance. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
