Bayesian Hierarchical Model for Evaluating Regional Monitoring Networks in Kenyan Health Systems: A Theoretical Framework

This article explores the development of a Bayesian hierarchical model to evaluate regional monitoring networks in Kenya's health systems. A Bayesian hierarchical model will be utilised to analyse the effectiveness of regionally distributed monitoring networks in measuring health indicators. The model will incorporate spatial and temporal dependencies to account for variability within regions and over time. This study establishes the robustness and efficacy of the proposed Bayesian hierarchical model for monitoring networks within Kenya's health systems, offering improved accuracy in assessing regional health performance. The findings suggest that further research should focus on integrating additional variables such as socioeconomic status to enhance the predictive power of the model. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
