Abstract

This research presents an Automated Invoice Processing System developed using UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and SQLite database technology. The system automatically extracts invoice data from PDF documents using OCR, validates the extracted data, detects duplicates, and stores the records in a structured database. The automation significantly reduces manual effort and improves efficiency in invoice handling processes.
