The global infectious disease landscape in the latter half of 2025 was shaped by climate change, human mobility, and systemic health vulnerabilities. Analysis of Shusi Tech’s Global Epidemic Information Monitoring System revealed three concurrent trends: the sustained transmission of Cholera, MPOX, and Measles in endemic regions; intensified arboviral spread Dengue, Chikungunya in the Americas and Asia; and a pronounced global resurgence of respiratory pathogens Influenza, Pertussis, Tuberculosis. These patterns highlight the compound nature of modern disease threats and the critical need for integrated, adaptive global health strategies.
