Abstract Yogic interventions have emerged as a holistic and integrative approach for achieving and sustaining multidimensional health in contemporary society. Rooted in ancient Indian philosophy, yoga encompasses physical postures (āsanas), breathing techniques (prāṇāyāma), meditation (dhyāna), and ethical disciplines that collectively promote physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. This paper examines yogic interventions as an effective strategy for maintaining multidimensional health parameters by enhancing physiological functioning, psychological resilience, emotional balance, and social harmony. Regular practice of yoga has been shown to improve flexibility, cardiovascular health, respiratory efficiency, stress management, cognitive functioning, and emotional stability. Furthermore, yogic practices encourage self-awareness, mindfulness, and positive lifestyle changes, contributing to long-term health maintenance and disease prevention. By integrating yogic interventions into daily routines and public health frameworks, individuals can achieve sustainable health outcomes that transcend conventional biomedical models.
