This paper explores a new leadership model designed for navigating generational complexity and organisational change. Rooted in emotional intelligence and adaptive presence, the paper introduces the original Move-Invite-Discern-Support-Trust Framework — a flexible, human-centred model for leading ‘from the middle’. While the main focus of the paper is on procurement and supply chain leadership, the framework’s application extends into broader business and even personal contexts.
