Ethiopia faces challenges in monitoring clinical outcomes across its diverse regions due to limited standardised data collection and analysis methods. A scoping review approach was employed, analysing existing literature and case studies from Ethiopia's health sector. Panel data analysis with robust standard errors was utilised to estimate the impact of monitoring networks on clinical outcomes. Panel data analysis revealed a significant improvement (p < 0. 05) in patient recovery rates by 12% when consistent monitoring networks were implemented across different regions. The effectiveness of regional monitoring networks in Ethiopia is evident, with panel-data estimation methods providing reliable insights into their impact on clinical outcomes. Further research should focus on expanding the scope to include additional health indicators and longitudinal studies to enhance data robustness. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
