RM-03 establishes the Constraint Continuity Principle within the Reality Mechanics framework. Following the Law of Existence (RM-01) and the Admissible Distinction Condition (RM-02), this document shows that boundaries regulate interaction between distinguishable continuations but do not terminate relation. Interaction therefore persists across every boundary, making absolute isolation structurally inadmissible. This principle defines the role of boundaries in maintaining relational continuity and prepares the derivation of the Reality Mechanics core architecture.
