Within the Model H framework, the spacetime tension parameter is derived from geometric arguments alone. It is shown that the structural topological void, imposed by Kepler's Conjecture for maximum 3D sphere packing, amounts to 1-/ (32) 0. 25952. Applying continuum mechanics and a dimensional reduction operator based on a 4-dimensional spacetime, the parameter is analytically computed to the precise value of 0. 009457. This derivation relies solely on fundamental mathematical constants (, 2, e) and spatial dimensionality, with absolutely zero parameters fitted to galactic or cosmological data. Open Peer Review Invitation: As an independent theoretical framework, this preprint has not yet undergone formal institutional peer review. The author strongly encourages the scientific community to independently reproduce the calculations and verify the geometric derivations before incorporating these results into further research.
