This document serves as a formal record of priority for the Symmetry-Ordered Super- fluid (SOS) Theory. We establish that the vacuum is not a static Lorentzian void, but a dynamic quantum liquid regulated by the Ω Constant (Planck-frequency oscillation limit). We formally identify the ”non-radial” acceleration of 3I/ATLAS (Loeb, March 2026) as the first empirical confirmation of SOS Lattice-Dragging, a phenomenon predicted by the author on February 27, 2026, prior to the publication of non-radial observational data.
