Community health centres in Kenya are crucial for delivering healthcare services to underserved populations. However, their performance and effectiveness need rigorous evaluation. A systematic literature search was conducted using databases such as PubMed and Web of Science. Studies were selected based on predefined inclusion criteria, including quasi-experimental design methodologies used for evaluating yield improvements in healthcare settings. The analysis identified a significant trend towards the adoption of mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) in assessing yield improvement across health centres, with some studies reporting increased service utilization by up to 30% through tailored interventions. Quasi-experimental designs provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of community health centre systems in Kenya, though variability exists depending on study methodologies and contexts. Further research should explore the scalability and sustainability of identified yield improvement strategies across different geographical regions and healthcare settings in Kenya. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
