Climate Houses made of clay stabilize the microclimate, reducing ambient temperatures by up to 5°C and creating productive growing areas. Optional Central Hubs process harvests into shelf-stable foods, while automatically collected environmental data can be marketed – with revenues going directly to the community. A cluster of 25 houses and 5 hubs fully sustains 45 people, stabilizes several hectares of land, and is designed to be community owned/led – with minimal external dependencies.
