Abstract

Fetal pancreatic circumference and echogenicity are significantly altered in GDM as early as the mid-second trimester, whereas SA Doppler parameters remain unchanged. These findings suggest that fetal pancreatic assessment may reflect concurrent metabolic changes in GDM.
