We show that the fermion mass spectrum of the Floriano Unified Theory (TUF) is governed by a spectral fixed-point equation y (y−1) = (35/2) ln y, whose two positive solutions are y₁ = 1 (electron) and the Flor constant yF ≈ 6. 163624 (top quark). The coefficient 35/2 = (5/2) ×7 is the product of two independent TUF invariants derived in separate papers. The top quark mass is predicted as mₜ = yF⁷ mₑ = 172693 MeV, with 0. 039% error relative to PDG 2024, from zero free parameters. The Flor constant is approximated by √38 = √ (2×19), connecting it to the Moonshine prime 19. The fermion spectrum has no room for a fourth-generation charged fermion with the same topological correction structure.
