This work introduces Atlas-0, a baseline morphology survey of dynamical regimes generated by a frozen kernel-induced cochain operator architecture on discrete graphs. The study explores system behavior prior to any metric or spacetime interpretation by systematically varying initial packet structure, interaction kernel parameters, boundary conditions, and operator sector. The objective is classification rather than physical interpretation. The resulting atlas identifies distinct transport morphologies, including ballistic coherent propagation, ballistic dispersive spreading, diffusive relaxation, fragmentation, and irregular dynamics. The framework functions as an experimental instrument for studying the organization of dynamical regimes before geometric reconstruction. Atlas-0 establishes a reproducible baseline for later perturbation-resilience studies (Atlas-1) and further refinement stages in the HAOS-IIP research program.
