The aim is to assess the relationship between transcriptional and tumor-blood immune profiles in predicting ICI efficacy for ES-SCLC patients.
Conducted an observational study in a real-world population with previous ES-SCLC treatment.
Evaluated the effectiveness and safety of lurbinectedin in various patient subgroups.
Profiled transcriptional and immune responses to assess correlations.
Lurbinectedin showed clinically meaningful effectiveness in the treatment cohort.
Safety profiles were predictable and manageable, even in poor-prognosis subgroups.
Abstract
Conclusions: Lurbinectedin was associated with clinically meaningful effectiveness and predictable/manageable safety for previously treated ES-SCLC in a RW population, including poor-prognosis subgroups.
