This study examines comparative business practices across different regional contexts in Senegal, exploring how these practices vary due to geographic, cultural, and economic factors. The study employs a survey research approach involving interviews with key industry figures in each region of Senegal. Quantitative data is collected through structured questionnaires designed to capture detailed information on business practices, including management styles, marketing approaches, and financial operations. Key themes emerged from the findings include significant variations in pricing strategies across regions, with Eastern Senegal businesses often adopting more aggressive discounting compared to other regions. This regional-specific approach impacts market penetration and customer loyalty. This research reveals distinct business models within different Senegalese regions, which have important implications for cross-regional collaboration and national economic integration. Policy makers should consider the regional variations in business practices when designing sectoral development strategies to promote a more balanced economic growth across Senegal. Businesses operating in multiple regions would benefit from understanding these regional-specific dynamics to optimise their operations.
