Rural clinics in Kenya face challenges in delivering consistent quality healthcare services due to various systemic issues. A longitudinal study using multilevel regression analysis was conducted across selected rural clinics in Kenya from to. Data were collected through standardised health assessments and clinical outcome measurements. Clinical outcomes showed a significant improvement (p<0. 05) with multilevel regression analysis, indicating the effectiveness of systematic interventions in enhancing clinic performance. The study highlights the importance of systematic monitoring and evidence-based interventions to improve rural healthcare delivery in Kenya. Policy recommendations include integrating standardised training programmes for healthcare providers and implementing regular quality assurance checks. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
