Forensic psychology in Africa has seen significant development, particularly in Egypt. This field aims to integrate psychological principles and forensic methods to address legal issues. A comparative qualitative approach was employed, involving interviews with forensic psychologists, legal practitioners, and stakeholders from various regions of Egypt. Data analysis focused on thematic content and qualitative comparison. Forensic psychology in Egypt demonstrated a strong emphasis on psychological assessments for criminal profiling and offender management, reflecting broader trends across African settings but also exhibited unique cultural nuances. This study highlights the need for regionalized policy frameworks that consider local cultural contexts while upholding international forensic standards. Policy recommendations include developing culturally sensitive training programmes for forensic psychologists and legal professionals, integrating psychological assessments into criminal justice processes, and promoting research collaborations to enhance practice effectiveness.
