This paper explores a groundbreaking ontological framework for understanding life as a direct consequence of structured coherence within a Finsler Coherence Hyperfractal Phaspace (FCHP). Utilizing a novel quantization system, Noetherian Finsler Numbers (NFN) we demonstrate that life emerges through directional coherence gradients, chirality, torsion, and symmetry-breaking stabilization. The framework redefines space as an active, resonance bearing field where biological organization is not incidental but ontologically embedded. The emergence of life is modeled as a recursive stabilization of coherence, culminating in intelligence and perceptionas coherence-reflective processes.
