This document presents a fully closed, intrinsic four-dimensional formulation of Chronoflux Quantum Field Theory. Time is treated as a conserved hydrodynamic current defined directly on spacetime, with no higher-dimensional embeddings, compactifications, or auxiliary coordinates. Temporal inertia, gauge structure, fermionic spectra, and mass hierarchies arise from internal shear, vorticity, and topological defects of the conserved temporal flow. The theory is built from a primitive continuity law, an intrinsic action, and invariant scalars of the temporal potential and its gradients. All boundary conditions, stability requirements, and conservation laws are specified within four-dimensional spacetime. The Standard Model appears as an effective stabilized sector, and concrete falsifiable predictions are retained.
