Structural Differentiation Gravity (SDG) proposes that gravity is not a fundamental interaction, but emerges from gradients in structural density within a relationally defined system. In this work, time is reformulated not as an independent background parameter, but as the monotonic evolution of structure itself. Within this framework, wave-like propagation, binary interaction signatures, and chirp-like signals arise naturally as consequences of structural reconfiguration. A minimal dynamical extension of SDG is introduced, including a phenomenological propagation equation and a structural interpretation of signal generation. It is demonstrated that structurally generated signals can closely mimic GR-like waveforms, particularly in chirp-like observations, highlighting the non-uniqueness of physical interpretation based solely on observational data. This work suggests that multiple underlying structural models may produce indistinguishable observational signatures, and provides a foundation for further investigation into structure-based descriptions of gravity, time, and wave phenomena.
