Abstract The creative industries have emerged as a significant driver of economic growth, employment generation, innovation, and cultural expression across the globe. In recent decades, the rapid diffusion of digital technologies and the expansion of e-business models have fundamentally transformed the way creative products and services are produced, distributed, and consumed. E-business platforms, digital marketplaces, and online ecosystems have reduced entry barriers, expanded market reach, and enabled new forms of value creation for creative entrepreneurs and organizations. This paper aims to examine the role of e-business in fostering the growth of creative industries by integrating perspectives from digital business strategy, platform ecosystems, and digital entrepreneurship. Drawing on existing literature, the study adopts a conceptual and analytical approach to explore how e-business facilitates innovation, market access, scalability, and sustainability in creative sectors. The paper highlights the mechanisms through which e-business contributes to value creation, discusses key challenges faced by creative firms in digital environments, and identifies policy and managerial implications. The study concludes that e-business acts as a critical enabler of growth for creative industries by reshaping business models, enhancing entrepreneurial opportunities, and supporting long-term competitiveness in the digital economy.
