The results of the structure and phase composition study of the Si@O@Al nanocomposite electrode material, using transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and Raman spectroscopy are presented. It is shown that the main phases forming the composite are a-Si(Al) and nc-Si(Al) solid solutions, and their ratios are determined. The proportion of the nc-Si(Al) crystalline phase is estimated as 43%, the nc-Si(Al) crystallite sizes range from 0.8 to 3.5 nm, ensuring high stability of Si@O@Al during lithiation.
