Hachinohe City in Aomori Prefecture, where our university is located, is one of the largest industrial cities in the northern Tohoku region, and most of the energy is supplied by thermal power generation. Aomori Prefecture has many types of renewable energy generation facilities. Therefore, we have studied to lead Hachinohe City to become carbon neutral by using these facilities. Since solar and wind power generation, which are renewable energy sources, fluctuate on a second, minute, and hourly basis due to weather changes, it is necessary to adjust the supply and demand of electricity. Therefore, in this study, we created a system simulator that integrates several components using small-scale experimental equipment. A large-scale system and their components will be designed using this simulator. In this paper, we report the experimental results and the system simulator under steady-state conditions.
