Background: Clear aligner therapy (CAT) adoption varies among practitioners. Methods: Cross-sectional validated survey among 112 practitioners (orthodontists 73.2% orthodontists. 60.7% had CAT training; 41.1% no clinical experience. Major barriers: cost (77.7%), patient compliance (46.4%). Practitioners willing for further CAT training. Conclusion: Knowledge–practice gaps exist; targeted continuing education and cost considerations may enhance adoption.
