Deliverable 1.2 presents the consolidated results of the SEADE project’s human-centred research activities conducted across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), with a focus on the four pilot regions - Ghana, Kenya, Senegal, and South Africa. The objective of this research was to understand the needs, priorities, and barriers faced by Research and Innovation in Digital (R&IID) actors and to generate evidence that will shape SEADE’s future work.
