27-Mar-2026(V1.0) Gamma-DG QG Certificate V develops the next stage of the Gamma-DG quantum-gravity certificate program beyond Certificates I--IV. Whereas the earlier certificates established bridge existence, controlled readability, causal/geometric emergence, and gravitational admissibility, Certificate V formulates the closure layer in which a readable gravitational regime is shown to be dynamically closed in the structural sense of Gamma-DG. The purpose of this certificate is not to claim a complete physical theory, but to isolate the internal structural conditions under which a gravitationally admissible readable domain remains closed under the relevant temporal-structural evolution. In this sense, Certificate V strengthens the earlier program by shifting the focus from admissibility alone to sustained structural coherence under evolution. More precisely, this certificate treats closure as the next certified layer after admissibility. It clarifies how a readable gravitational domain can persist as a dynamically coherent regime, rather than appearing only as an isolated admissible sector. This provides the structural basis for the next stage of the program, where stronger global integration, unified consistency, and deeper dynamical realization may be addressed. Certificate V should therefore be read as a closure certificate within the broader Gamma-DG program: a step from bridge existence, control, and emergent readability toward a more unified structural theory connecting a quantum foundational layer and a relativistically readable spacetime layer.
