LPG leakage and delayed cylinder booking are major concerns that pose safety risks and inconvenience in domestic and industrial environments. Conventional systems rely on manual monitoring and lack real-time safety mechanisms, making them inefficient and unreliable. This paper presents an AI-based smart LPG booking system integrated with IoT for continuous monitoring and automated control. The proposed system employs an Arduino Mega 2560 to interface with multiple sensors, including a gas sensor for leakage detection, a fire sensor for flame detection, a load cell for gas level estimation, and a DHT11 sensor for environmental monitoring. When the gas level drops below a predefined threshold, an automatic booking request is generated through a GSM module. The system also provides real-time alerts using buzzer and LED indicators, while NodeMCU enables cloud-based remote monitoring via web and mobile platforms. The integration of multi-sensor safety mechanisms with IoT connectivity enhances system reliability, ensures timely gas booking, and improves user safety through intelligent monitoring and automation.
