Justice Decision Observability™ (JDO™) defines a governance discipline focused on documenting and understanding human decision-making within AI-supported justice systems. This document establishes the Canon Citation Framework for JDO™, defining how all documents within the JDO-2026 Canonical Framework Series are identified, referenced, and cited. It standardizes document identification structures, versioning conventions, citation formats, and attribution requirements across the discipline. By formalizing citation practices, this framework preserves the structural integrity of the JDO™ Canon, ensures consistency across publications, and protects the coherence and attribution of the field as it expands across justice system applications.
